The History of Smile Lincs.

There has been a dental practice at 34 Hainton Avenue, Grimsby since the early 1940’s. The practice was in the ownership of Mr. Darren Wilkin from 1999 until the end of 2005.

Mr. H. S. Mohamed, known to many regular patients just as "Sam", purchased the practice (formerly Wilkin & Associates) from Mr. Wilkin in December 2005.

Sam Mohamed graduated in 1986. He is also a highly trained dental implant surgeon, who trained with some of the world leaders in implant dentistry e.g. Dr. Hilt Tatum Jr., the former president of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID), and Prof. Manuel Chanavaz, the Head of Oral and Maxillofacial Implantology Department, Univ. of Lille2, France. Dr. Mohamed is a Member of both the Association of Dental Implantologists (U.K) and the AAID.

Sam is married with 3 children and has been working at 34 Hainton Avenue since August 2000 working with a full team of dentists, hygienists and reception staff.

Since the practice adopted a forward thinking approach to the provision of dental care outside the NHS treadmill, we are able to provide our patients with a modern and more comprehensive service that concentrates on the patient’s specific needs, and promotes a wide range of choices in private dental care.
