How do I make an appointment?
You can make an appointment by calling in to see us, by telephoning the practice or filling in the enquiry form via the website. If you choose the latter, we shall contact you within 24 hours to schedule your appointment.
How to make an emergency appointment?
Please ring the practice at 8:45 a.m if you have a problem, we can normally see you the same day, or the next day at most. An emergency call out service is also available, there is no call out charge for the members of the SMILE LINCS CARE PLAN. Please see our payment plans page for fees.
Do you accept NHS patients?
Lincolnshire Smile Clinic only accepts private patients, in order that we may focus on offering a higher level and scope of dental care services.
How do patients pay for treatment?
We are pleased to accept debit and credit cards for all services. A 1% surcharge applies to credit card transactions. Please see our payment plan page for further details.
Can I admit myself to Lincolnshire Smile Clinic for oral surgical treatment?
No, as a referral is needed from a qualified dental professional. More details for dental professionals.
Can you help disabled patients?
If you have difficulty climbing the stairs or need wheelchair access, please inform a member of our team in advance so that we may help you with ground-floor surgery appointments.
Should you have any particular special requirements, please notify reception in advance and we will try to accommodate them.
